What types of hydraulic cylinders do you manufacture?
We manufacture single-acting, double-acting, and telescopic hydraulic cylinders in a variety of diameters, lengths, and specifications. Our cylinders are designed according to customer requirements and technical data, and are manufactured at our facility.
Do you offer overhaul or repair services for my existing cylinder?
Yes. In addition to new manufacturing, we also carry out overhaul, maintenance, and repair of existing cylinders at our facility, paying close attention to technical details and adhering to the technical specifications.
Which industries do you serve?
Our main areas of service include construction and earthmoving machinery, mining machinery, iron and steel hydraulic systems, hydraulic press systems, vehicle-mounted equipment, mobile cranes, the defense industry, and port machinery.
Can I order a cylinder in custom dimensions?
Yes. Our cylinders go through design and production stages in line with our customers' requirements and are manufactured in any diameter and length. All you need to do is send us the machine type, dimensions, and operating conditions.
What quality certifications do you hold?
We hold DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 quality, DIN EN ISO 14001:2015 environmental, and BS OHSAS 18001:2007 occupational health and safety management system certifications, along with our CE declaration of conformity under the 2006/42/EC Machinery Directive.
What information should I send to receive a quote?
Sharing the machine brand and model, cylinder type, rod and bore diameter, stroke length, quantity, and, if possible, photos of the cylinder will help speed up your quote.
Where is your facility located, and what are your working hours?
Our facility is located at Evka 3 Mah. 4. Sanayi Sitesi 129/6 Sk. No:2, Bornova/İzmir. We are open on weekdays from 08:30–18:00 and on weekends from 08:30–15:00.
