Our OHS Policy

• To build a workplace safety culture within the company by encouraging the active participation of all employees, contractors, and visitors in developing and supporting the measures to be taken to improve OHS.
• To establish and maintain the relevant policies, procedures, systems, information, training, and awareness programs, as well as organizational structures, in order to support effective OHS practices within the organization and make them accessible to everyone.
• To comply with all applicable OHS legislation, regulations, and standards.
• To identify and define all risks related to company activities, and to establish and implement appropriate risk and hazard management systems for them.
• To provide a safe working area and equipment for controlled work.
• To provide appropriate OHS training for all personnel.
• To create an annual OHS program to improve health and safety in the workplace.
• To allocate sufficient resources to continuously improve OHS performance.
• To provide close and regular health surveillance for employees.
• To respond actively to and investigate all near misses and incidents; and to ensure that injured employees return to suitable work at the earliest opportunity through fair management of claims and rehabilitation practices.
